Last Friday was a highlight, we were awarded with PEXA’s certification in both NSW & Victoria.

I have just settled on a property today. I have done a lot of real estate transactions and am in real estate myself so have pretty high standards. I could not use my usual solicitor as the purchase was in NSW and I am from Vic - so I was recommended by Ray White (Andrea Lever) to use Shellie and her team. They were super professional both Shellie and Carolyn were excellent. Efficient, professional and great to deal with. Would definitely use again if or selling in buying in NSW! Thank you ladies.

Our real estate agency recommended Shellie to us when I mentioned we didn't know the area, and boy, oh boy, did they do us an enormous favour! Shellie was easily contactable, was in touch with us quickly recommending avenues for due diligence and was magnificently assertive and swift in communications with other parties. We unfortunately ran into some hurdles with transfer of finances on settlement day and Shellie and her team (Carolyn, what an MVP) were phenomenal at supporting us (when we were close to drowning in anxiety!), and helping us sort through the problems.
